At Mar-Co Packaging, it’s the people that have helped contribute to our success, continually providing exceptional packaging.
While we’ve been in business since 1985, it was after a devastating fire in our original building, that everything changed. This experience helped bring our team together and forged our resolve for lead-edge industry service with the best of decades of experience.
Since 2011, we’ve outgrown the original footprint and expanded into multiple facilities on the same site - helping to provide pristine packaging and labels to renowned names and smaller brand around the world; from raw materials to product-ready.
The Converting Process
From Raw to Ready

RAW MATERIAL
Raw material, stored at our multi-facility campus is chosen, suitable for the exact specifications of the package or label.

PRINTING
Wide-format raw material is fed into a press transforming it from innate to branded, on-site.

LAMINATING
Printed material goes over to our laminating or coating department for the proper sealant(s) on the wide roll.

FINISHING
The laminated roll is transferred to one of two slitters for finishing at exact specs.

CUSTOMER
You’re delivered the final flexible packaging ready to be filled, or shelf-ready label, ready for its next step in satisfying purchases off the shelf.
